Because each trade is considered binding, American Rare Coin has very specific policies regarding the confirmation and payment of trades.
- A trade is confirmed (and binding for both parties) at the time we issue a trade number to the purchaser.
- All purchases must be paid (as verified by postmark or the initiation of a bank wire) within 24 hours of confirming a trade. Trades paid late may be adjusted to current market levels.
- Bullion purchases may require a 20% deposit.
- Personal checks, as well as certified checks, will be held for 10 business days from the time they are deposited.
- Quick delivery is available for trades paid with a bank wire.
Your coins will be delivered to you Registered/Insured via the US Mail.
